Welcome to the
Division of Student Affairs at Texas Christian
University.
As a member of the TCU Community -- whether
you are a student, parent, alumnus/a, resident of Ft.
Worth, or other friend of TCU -- you will find that you
can't really know TCU without knowing the Division of
Student Affairs. The departments within our division
form a comprehensive group of programs and services
designed to fulfill our students' intellectual,
occupational, emotional, spiritual, physical and
cultural needs.
From early TCU experiences like Frog Camp, Orientation,
and Howdy Week, to transitional events such as
participating in on-campus interviews and accepting that
first full-time position, the dedicated staff of the
Division of Student Affairs is involved and invested in
student experiences. We are the mentors, counselors,
advocates, volunteers, disciplinarians, event planners,
facility managers, health care providers, leadership
trainers, police officers, immigration specialists,
crisis response team, mediators, ministers, and advisors
who help students take advantage of every opportunity
TCU has to offer. This web site has been developed to
help you get to know the people and the purpose of our
division. Many of the policies and procedures that will
help you navigate the TCU environment are here as well.
(If you don't find what you need here, you may want to
look at the TCU home page,
www.tcu.edu or the Registrar's web site,
www.reg.tcu.edu.)
Please take some time to browse our web site and learn
more about the exciting things going on in Student
Affairs at TCU!
Sincerely,
Don Mills
Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
